Mother's Day 2012

last Sunday was Mother's Day. i had planned to treat my mom dinner so dad or sis would go and bought at the coffeeshop downstairs. cos it was inconvenient for my mom 2 go out. after discussion, we selected 'crispy chicken', 'kai lan', braised tofu & pork ribs which we usually eat and mom could eat.

i told my hubby tt i wanted to go back earli from his place cos i oso intended to go buy a cake for myself at AMK Hub. since he cannot find any Polar Puffs & Cakes at central. Sonia went with us. there was no Stitch cake at e Polar outlet here. i was abit disappointed. so we went to other bakeries. after comparing e price, i chose a black forest cake at Bengawan Solo.

we reached my house quite late and ate dinner b4 feeding Sonia. luckily, she could wait. b4 my hubby went home, we cut and ate e black forest cake. it was nice and i was happi cos this was e 1st time i was celebrating Mother's Day with Sonia :))))

Sonia's growin teeth!!

one Friday, Sonia was down with fever. i was worried and so i took Childcare Leave. no wonder she kept turning in e middle of e nite. when i carried her at 2+ am, she was not ok. her body was hot. so i measured her temp. it was 36.8 degree Celcius. den, it raised to 37.5 degree Celcius at 4+ am. aft feedin her at 5+ am, i went out to buy e fever patch for children cos she kept movin and made her wet hankie drop. fortunately, a shop is open and sellin it. i quickly read the instructions while i was in e lift. aft reachin hm, i put one patch on Sonia's forehead.

i waited till 7am to inform Auntie Janet tt i wun bring Sonia to her house le cos she was sick. i had given Sonia e med 2x from e polyclinic but it was not effective. so i decided 2 bring her 2 c doc le. luckily, it was not long queue. e doc was gd and praised Sonia tt she was obedient. he measured her temp and asked whether she got cough and flu. he said Sonia had fever was cos of virus not cos change of milk formula. Sonia is now 8.6 kg. he advised me not 2 bathe her and juz sponge her. he said its normal for babies 2b sick when they are 6 months onwards as they are building their immunity. he oso said if her temp shot to 38 degree Celcius den nid 2 bring her to KKH le. he said we can gif her drink honey water or glucose when she had fever. in additional, he told us not to on the fan so tt she will sweat n recover. he prescribed fever and flu med for Sonia. this fever med seemed to be stronger than e one from e polyclinic as it required fewer mls to give to my baby.

in e evening, Sonia's temp was 36.9 degree Celcius but her body was stil abit hot. my hubby said we went back his house so we can take care of her tog. thus i oso brought back e ling yang water tt my dad bought from e herbs shop. when Sonia was at my hubby's house, we gave her the new med before she slept. her temperture did become lower.

after a few days, Sonia was not completely well though her fever had subsided over e wkends. she got abit of running nose. she oso accidentally fell down from bed at my hubby's house. den her fever came back :( and continued takin her med. one week ltr, i noticed tt she was growin 2 lower teeth on her gums cos it felt sharp and hard. there were oso small white parts. i asked Auntie and she agreed. i was v excited and happi as she was oni 6+ mths old & developin so fast ;p no wonder she lk 2 bite things oredy lol.

2 days ago, i asked my hubby whether he can lend my dad car cos he needs to bring my mom to hospital on 2 days this week. he refused and said he would sponsor the cab fare. so i asked him if he remembers our deal that after CNY, he will try to ask his stpd dad to lend us e car. if he wun he will argue with him. den i said he broke his promise! my hubby said our deal is till end of Feb not after CNY. he saw me so mad and compromised, saying he will go ask his dad then. but i'm not happy already and told him dun nid. i said y he only agreed after i got angry. den he asked what i wanted nw...

my hubby did not tok to mi mch snc den... he said let him hv depression and end his life. he dun care baby and i wun go back to his hse on wkends anymore. he is sick that we alwiz quarrel cos of our families and e car. i dun understd y he alwiz nid 2 ask his stpd dad's permission to lend car 2 my dad. my hubby & i paid 4 e car while he oni put his stpd dad's name under insurance. nw his stpd dad drv it 2 work everyday cos i hv no license & he tk public transport 2 work. i hate his family! i juz oni wan try 2 help my family save e cab fare cos my mom is going to hospital 3x a wk. once, i asked his stpd dad myself whether he can lend e car 2 my dad for 1 dae. he's so calculative & asked y. when i lied 2 him tt my dad wanted 2 bring my ah ma 4 chkup, his stpd dad did not want 2 lend. so selfish of him!!! his stpd mom lk 2 kpo my matters n her mouth is bad 2 my baby.

at 1st, i did not wan 2 ask my hubby animore abt lendin e car cos i noe i will hear e same ans... seein him lk tt nw, i told him i reli will stop askin le cos oso so sick of it! i gona pass my driving tests faster 2 obtain a drivin license & possess e car! den i can hv my own use w/o e nid 2 kp ask his stpd dad! i dunno y my hubby becomes lk tt cos of tis. y he cant let mi hv my way when i asked him e 1st tm :( jz once oso cannot. i dunno y he seems 2 push all e blame 2 mi. i did fl abit bad 4 not goin bk 2 his hse. i tot if he mk mi fl better i will try endure his stpd family agn n go bk. tis tm, he nv apologizes 2 mi. i dunno when he will b ok le.

its a new yr... but we oredy fought mani x cos of tis.. haiz...
